Vendor Agreement
Professional Partner Standards
1. Vendor Integrity
To maintain a high-trust environment for the Diaspora, all vendors must provide valid business registration (NIF) and personal identification. Zawatu reserves the right to suspend any account providing fraudulent or misleading information.
2. Listing Accuracy
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of product names, descriptions, and prices. Images must be representative of the actual product. "Bait and switch" tactics result in immediate and permanent banning from the platform.
3. Fulfillment & Logistics
Once an order is placed, vendors must confirm availability within 12 hours. Products must be ready for pickup by Zawatu logistics partners within 24 hours to ensure we meet Diaspora expectations for speed.
4. Commission & Payouts
Zawatu charges a standard service fee on every successful transaction. Payouts to vendors are processed via Mobile Money (Lumicash/Ecocash) or Bank Transfer after the customer (or recipient) confirms receipt of the goods.
Prohibited Items
Vendors may not list illegal substances, weapons, counterfeit brands, or any items restricted by Burundian law or international shipping regulations.
By applying for a vendor profile, you agree to abide by these Professional Partner Standards.
