Trade Protocols

Version 15.5 Stable
Effective June 2024

01. Identity Node Governance

By initializing an enrollment on the Zawatu platform, you establish a permanent identity node. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Access Keys. Zawatu is not liable for unauthorized handshakes resulting from compromised keys.

  • Duplicate identities are restricted.
  • Verified Shoppers must authenticate via Hostinger relay nodes.
  • Merchants are subject to the Sovereign B2B Audit.

02. Escrow & Settlement Architecture

All financial settlements are processed via a Delayed Release Protocol (Escrow). Funds are captured at checkout and held in the Sovereign Vault until a physical delivery handshake is confirmed via OTP.

"Trade Integrity: Providing your OTP to a carrier signifies definitive acceptance of goods and irrevocable authorization to pay the merchant."

03. Conflict & Dispute Resolution

In the event of a quality or logistics mismatch, a user may trigger the "Conflict Escalation" protocol before OTP release. The Sovereign Root (Admin) acts as the final judge. Decisions made by the Root are binding for both Shopper and Merchant.
